Two-Storey Residence in Marousi, Attica
The new two-storey house was built on a plot area of 226m2 to accommodate family of five.
The economy in the planning and the rational utilization of space, were the parameters that have affected the overall design. The T-shape in the development of the building provides a quality of the way in which light enters the rooms and promotes transparency and double orientation of each room, even in the bedrooms. In this way, a feeling of comfort is achieved in limited surface rooms and the relation between inner and outer areas of the residence is strengthened.
